SDL International (LSE: LS SDL - news), a leading Internet globalization product and service provider, today announced the signing of an agreement with Saba (Nasdaq: SABA - news), a leading provider of e-learning infrastructure. SDL's globalization software and services enables enterprises to transform a single-language Web site into a centrally-managed, multilingual and multicultural Web presence.

Saba is using SDL's WebFlow™ software product to maintain their multilingual Web site, creating an international Web presence in multiple languages, including German, French and Spanish. SDLWebFlow™ facilitates deployment of global Web sites embracing multiple countries, languages, cultures and business practices while leveraging an organization's existing Web architecture, content and management workflow systems. As a result, SDL WebFlow™ will enable Saba to sustain the synchronicity within its English site while providing a Web presence that functions on a global scale.

"Partnering with Saba is an excellent opportunity for both companies to expand services to more strategic industry sectors," said Mark Lancaster, president and CEO of SDL International. "We are pleased to support Saba's efforts in creating sustainable competitive advantages for businesses and individuals around the world."

Saba develops and markets e-learning infrastructure, which consists of Internet-based learning management systems, business-to-business learning exchanges, and related services. Saba Learning™ is now the e-learning infrastructure of choice for more than 2.8 million people. In July the company was added to the Russell 2000® Index and the Russell 3000® Index.

"We're excited about the possibilities created by our contract with SDL International," said Teo Topcubasi, Director of International Product Management for Saba. "With their exceptional talent and dedication to customer service, we can assist more companies in rapidly building the skills critical to achieving and maintaining a competitive edge in the global marketplace."
